DATES: The show runs Sat 30th Nov 2024 - Sun 26th Jan 2025.
We'll be open most days in December, and weekends in January.
FEES: The participation fee is £25 for the duration of the show.
£3.75 application fee covers admin and processing costs of your entry.
This amount will be deducted from the final £25 fee for successful applicants.
Fees are non-refundable for all applicants.
ARTWORK: Wall-hangable originals or prints, in any medium, up to A3.
Framed or unframed, and ready to hang.
We'd particularly love to receive a wee mix of small, hangable work on wood, fabric, card, or light-weight clay, as well as standard 2D work (which is great too!) : )
SALES: Zero commission, and all / any sales and orders going direct to the artists' website. You must have a working online shop in place at the time of submission.
SUBMITTING: Deadline for expressions of interest is Fri 25th Oct 2024 at 11pm.

Successful applicants will be notified within 7 days of entering, and sent a payment link for the remaining amount. Once fully paid, you're in, and you're spot in the show is secured.
You then have until Mon 25th Nov at 2pm to deliver your completed artwork inspired by the theme, to the address of the gallery below. If you haven't heard back within 7 days of applying you've not gotten a spot this time, but please feel free to apply for future shows!
DELIVERY OF SUCCESSFUL WORK: Address of the venue and for delivery of successful artwork is jenny haytch, Unit 15, 1103 Argyle Street, Glasgow, G3 8ND, Scotland. We'll be accepting deliveries of work there from Sat 9th Nov 11am - Mon 25th Nov 2pm.
WHAT'S COVERED: Your participation fee covers rent on the space / advertising / marketing / hanging fee / staff fee / set up fees, etc. We have public liability insurance, but any transport of artwork, postage etc, will be the artist's responsibility, and participation in the show will be 'at the artist's risk'.
WHAT TO DRAW: You can pretty much draw what you like... (as long as it's awesome!) ...and approach the theme in any way you see fit. We don't really mind if there's a little repetition in the show in terms of villains, as the artists all have very different styles.
A few of the artists who are taking part are: Adam Graff, Terri Fry Kasuba, Jack Pearce, and quite a few more. : ) We're really delighted you're interested in joining us.
